Your Responsibilities as a Prep Cook:
Set up and stock prep and line stationsClean and sanitize the kitchen area, equipment, and utensilsCheck the quality and freshness of ingredientsPrepare items according to recipes and specificationsInspect food preparation and serving areas to ensure safe food-handling practices
What it Takes to Succeed:
Meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the countryAbility to lift up to 45 pounds safelyAbility to move around the restaurant and stand for long periodsTeam player with attention to detail and ability to multitask
