Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to order, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food.
- Participate in menu planning and development, suggesting new dishes and ideas to enhance our culinary offerings.
- 1-2 years of previous high-volume restaurant kitchen experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with other kitchen staff.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- A competitive hourly pay rate, ranging from $13-$17 per hour based on experience.
