About the Role

Lanark Leeds and Grenville Addictions and Mental Health is seeking a qualified Mental Health Support Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic environment, providing supportive counselling and life skills programming to individuals in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as food preparation and personal care.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to help clients manage their mental health.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to promote client well-being and independence.
Requirements
  • Certified CPR certificate.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
