Bright Sky Immigration Services Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients in a fast-paced environment.

About the Job

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for clients experiencing difficulties with computer systems and business applications. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and effective solutions to these issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.

We are looking for an individual with excellent problem-solving skills, strong analytical abilities, and exceptional communication skills. If you have a passion for troubleshooting complex technical issues and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
  • Identify and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical problems using various tools and resources
  • Develop and maintain documentation of technical procedures and solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
