Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Financial Transformation Leader to join our team at Olivercarol. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving our financial growth and transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes to support business growth and strategic objectives.
  • Financial Reporting and Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Financial Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks to protect the company's assets and reputation.
  • Financial Operations: Oversee financial operations, including cash management, accounts payable and receivable, and inventory management.
  • Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial guidance and leadership to the finance team, and develop and implement training programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Business Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement financial strategies that support business growth and objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of driving financial growth and transformation.
  • Strong financial planning and analysis skills, with experience in financial modeling and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and analyze complex business issues.
