We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at beBee Professionals in Okanagan, Canada.
About the Role:- This is a full-time opportunity that involves managing the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy and presentable.
- You will be the first point of contact for clients, greeting them warmly and assisting with their queries.
- Responsibilities include answering incoming phone calls, scheduling appointments, and performing general administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, you will work closely with colleagues to maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is essential.
- You must possess strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office setting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office software is required.
$45,000 - $55,000 per annum, based on relevant experience and qualifications.
