Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at beBee Professionals in Okanagan, Canada.

About the Role:
  • This is a full-time opportunity that involves managing the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy and presentable.
  • You will be the first point of contact for clients, greeting them warmly and assisting with their queries.
  • Responsibilities include answering incoming phone calls, scheduling appointments, and performing general administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.

Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.

Estimated Salary Range:

$45,000 - $55,000 per annum, based on relevant experience and qualifications.
