We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at B D Cannabis Store. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient store operations
- Authorize return of merchandise and resolve customer complaints
- Establish work schedules and supervise activities of workers
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient restocking
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to changing situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to train and develop sales staff
