Job Description

The Senior Manager, Member Engagement is responsible for driving growth and engagement across all members through innovative strategies and partnerships. This includes developing and executing a comprehensive member communication plan, building strong relationships with cross-functional partners, and analyzing key performance metrics to inform decision-making.

This role requires a customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences that drive loyalty and retention. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of loyalty and CRM/data-driven marketing, with experience in building new CRM data environments and redesigning loyalty programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive member communication plan, including email campaigns, social media engagement, and in-store promotions
  • Analyze key performance metrics, including member retention, acquisition, and redemption rates, to inform decision-making
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional partners, including Marketing, Merchandising, and Digital teams
  • Collaborate with external partners, including third-party consultants and vendors, to drive innovation and growth
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in loyalty and/or CRM/data-driven marketing, preferably in agency, retail or consumer goods
  • Strong project management experience in building new CRM data environments and/or redesigning loyalty programs
  • Customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences that drive loyalty and retention
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to analyze key performance metrics and inform decision-making
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional partners and external partners

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
