We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at CJF MARKETING INC.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinating Seminars and Conferences: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to promote our services and products.
  • Team Communication: Coordinate the flow of information within the team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Administrative Tasks: Open and distribute mail, plan and organize daily operations, record and prepare minutes of meetings, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations for company representatives.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, answer telephone calls and relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries.
  • Office Management: Maintain office supplies, manage inventory, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Document Preparation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Google Drive, and Adobe Acrobat Reader.
  • Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Personal Skills: Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines. Possess excellent judgment, organization, and time management skills.
