Senior Nursing Director

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the care team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to our clients. About the Role:
As a Director of Care, you will be responsible for leading and managing the care team, which includes recruiting, training, and evaluating staff members. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients. This will involve monitoring and evaluating the performance of the care team, as well as ensuring that all care services are delivered in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. In addition, you will develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including government agencies and community organizations. Your strong leadership and management skills will enable you to work effectively with the care team to deliver high-quality care services.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a background as a Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 1+ year of experience as a prior Director of Care within a Long Term Care Facility. French speaking is an asset, but not required. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Salary and Benefits:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $90,000-$110,000, depending on experience. TEEMA Solutions Group offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a pension plan, health insurance, and paid time off.
