Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Clerk to join our Material Services team within Supply Chain Management. This role is based out of our Acheson Warehouse in Alberta, approximately 15 km west of Edmonton.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing SAP transactions for PO receipts, issuing materials to projects, and transacting materials back to inventory. Your expertise will also involve coordinating with Project Managers to ensure material availability and timing of deliveries to sites.

You will play a crucial role in supporting business partners with their material requirements, working closely with field staff and construction contractors to ensure smooth logistics coordination. Additionally, you will be responsible for processing invoices for warehouse supplies and services, as well as reconciling freight invoices.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will require a minimum high school diploma and at least 3 years of related experience. You must have proven ability in executing SAP transactions, logistics coordination, and invoice reconciliation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Outlook, is essential. Working knowledge of SAP materials management and warehouse management modules is an asset.
