Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Coatings Specialist to join our team at Marshall Land Systems Canada Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare work areas for coating applications
  • Operate electroplating equipment to coat metal and hot-dip metal plating equipment to galvanize metal
  • Prepare and mix metallizing solutions according to formulas or specifications
  • Select and apply appropriate paints or coatings
  • Tend or operate equipment to spray or coat
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent oral communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word
  • Knowledge of surface preparation methods, application methods, and equipment operation
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
Working Conditions

The Industrial Coatings Specialist will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The position requires manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to handle heavy loads.
