Job Title: Daycare Worker Assistant

Miles Of Smiles is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Daycare Worker Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our childcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our young children.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Daycare Worker Assistant to work with our childcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our children, including bathing, diapering, and feeding. You will also be responsible for engaging children in activities, such as storytelling, teaching songs, and preparing crafts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care and support to children, including bathing, diapering, and feeding.
  • Engage children in activities, such as storytelling, teaching songs, and preparing crafts.
  • Work collaboratively with the childcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our children.
  • Establish and maintain a safe and healthy environment for our children.
  • Participate in staff meetings to discuss progress and problems of children.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a childcare setting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the childcare team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain a safe and healthy environment for our children.
