Job Summary

Miles Of Smiles is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Daycare Worker Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our childcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to infants and toddlers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bathe, diaper, and feed infants and toddlers with care and attention to their individual needs.
  • Engage children in activities that promote learning and development, such as storytelling, singing, and crafting.
  • Establish and maintain a safe and healthy environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and social well-being of children.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement programs that meet the needs of children and families.
  • Participate in staff meetings to discuss progress and problems of children, and contribute to the development of strategies to support their growth and development.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year of experience working with children, preferably in a daycare or childcare setting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
