Job Title: Daycare Worker Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Daycare Worker Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our childcare staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the physical, emotional, and educational well-being of our young charges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Childcare and Education: Provide high-quality childcare and education to infants and toddlers, including bathing, diapering, and feeding.
  • Engagement and Activities: Engage children in various activities, such as storytelling, singing, and crafts, to promote cognitive and motor skill development.
  • Support and Guidance: Guide and assist children in developing proper eating, dressing, and toilet habits.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure seamless care and education.
  • Accessibility and Inclusion: Provide physical, visual, and auditory accessibility accommodations to ensure equal access for all children.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in childcare or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment.
