Marketing Cloud Specialist (Remote) Role

CloudKettle Inc is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Cloud Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining client instances of Marketing Cloud.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement solutions to address business needs using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Optimize clients' marketing automation efforts to improve lead nurturing and drive revenue through email and mobile campaigns.
  • Develop and deploy journeys, including welcome series, cart reminders, promotions, and reactivation/retention campaigns.
  • Contribute to documentation and training for clients' marketing automation instances.
  • Analyze performance and identify areas for improvement through dashboard and report creation.
  • Maintain data quality for clients' marketing databases.
  • Prepare and deploy campaigns using emails, workflows, landing pages, and forms.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Understanding of email marketing and metrics.
  • Basic knowledge of data segmentation and analysis.
  • SQL knowledge is an asset.
  • Basic to intermediate HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge is an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for data-driven marketing automation.
  • Must be currently based in and legally eligible to work in the United States or Canada.
  • Bilingual fluency in verbal and written French and English is a strong asset.

Compensation details: $65,000-$94,000 Yearly Salary
