Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at 2731511 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize waste.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner, providing exceptional customer service.
- Operations Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, working under pressure to meet tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
