Key Responsibilities
  • Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize waste.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner, providing exceptional service to build customer loyalty.
