Key Responsibilities- Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize waste.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner, providing exceptional service to build customer loyalty.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Supervision: Lead and manage a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and the ability to multitask. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
