Key Responsibilities- Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for employees and customers alike.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining attention to detail and a high level of organization.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player.
