Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Coast Builders Rona. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring a high level of customer service and sales performance.
- Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and training to sales staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Manage cash handling and reconcile store finances on a daily basis.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and merchandising, to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
- 3-4 years of retail management experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications.
