Job Title: Maintenance Operations Supervisor
Job Summary: The Maintenance Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance activities of a team of maintenance personnel. The successful candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and construction, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the maintenance activities of a team of maintenance personnel, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to ensure that all assets are properly maintained and repaired in a timely manner.
Conduct regular inspections of maintenance activities to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and to identify areas for improvement.
Provide training and guidance to maintenance personnel to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with company goals and objectives.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance and construction, preferably in a supervisory role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Physical ability to perform the duties of the job, including lifting and carrying heavy objects.
Work Environment: The Maintenance Operations Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of maintenance personnel. The successful candidate will be required to work independently with minimal supervision and will be expected to provide leadership and guidance to the maintenance team.
