About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Grand Banker Bar & Grill. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages, take orders, and relay to kitchen and bar staff.
  • Point of Sale Operations: Operate the Aloha Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions and manage cash and credit sales.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and meet customer needs.
  • Adaptability: Work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing situations, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages.
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: English language proficiency required.
Work Environment

As a Food and Beverage Server at Grand Banker Bar & Grill, you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant environment. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel to perform duties.
