Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Chef with excellent leadership skills to manage our kitchen operations. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for planning menus, estimating food requirements, preparing complete meals, and training staff in food preparation and handling. Your attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure are crucial to maintaining high standards in our fast-paced environment.



Main Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement innovative menu strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
  • Lead the kitchen team in meal preparation, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality dishes while maintaining safety and hygiene standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and provide guidance to staff on best practices.
  • Mentor and train new recruits, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork within the kitchen.
  • Source and procure supplies and equipment necessary for menu preparation and kitchen operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and support company events.


Requirements and Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or relevant field preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a senior chef in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in menu planning, food cost control, and inventory management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Familiarity with Korean cuisine and cultural preferences.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
