Job Title: Exterior Finishing Specialist

Bhinder Elite Exteriors Ltd. is seeking an experienced Exterior Finishing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for applying, leveling, and smoothing coats of plaster to exterior surfaces of buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply, level and smooth coats of plaster to exterior surfaces of buildings
  • Clean and prepare surfaces for plaster application
  • Mix plaster ingredients to desired consistency
  • Finish corners and angles, and create decorative designs in finish coat, if required
  • Mould and install ornamental plaster panels, cornices and trim
  • Trowel or spray coats of stucco over exteriors of buildings to form weatherproof surfaces
Work Environment:

As an Exterior Finishing Specialist, you will work at heights on scaffolding or swing stages. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel. You will also be required to handle heavy loads and work under tight deadlines.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in stucco plastering
  • Ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle heavy loads
