Job Title: Stucco Plasterer Specialist

MALKI STUCCO & CONSTRUCTION LT is seeking a skilled Stucco Plasterer Specialist to join our team. As a Stucco Plasterer Specialist, you will be responsible for applying, leveling, and smoothing coats of plaster to create a weatherproof surface.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply, level, and smooth coats of plaster to form a weatherproof surface
  • Clean and prepare surfaces for plastering
  • Cure freshly plastered surfaces
  • Install metal corner beads to protect exterior corners
  • Fill joints, nail indentations, holes, and cracks with joint compound
  • Finish corners and angles, and create decorative designs in the finish coat
  • Mix plaster ingredients to the desired consistency
  • Mould and install ornamental plaster panels, cornices, and trim
  • Position and secure sheets to metal or wooden studs or joists
  • Smooth out excess compound and allow the coat to dry
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work at heights, on scaffolding, or swing stages
  • Ability to handle heavy loads
  • Physically demanding work environment
  • Work under pressure
  • Up to 23 kg (50 lbs) weight handling
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience as a stucco plasterer or in a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
