Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beauty Salon Manager to join our team at Studio 13 Salon and Day Spa. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our salon, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Direct and control daily salon operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
    • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
    • Plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives.
  • Staff Management
    • Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff, ensuring compliance with company standards.
    • Plan and control budget and inventory, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
    • Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality work.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Business Development
    • Plan and implement strategies to drive business growth, increase revenue, and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the beauty or spa industry.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Fluency in English.
