About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beauty Salon Manager to join our team at Studio 13 Salon and Day Spa. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall direction and control of our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management
    • Direct and control daily salon operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
    • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
  • Staff Management
    • Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff to ensure consistency and quality of service.
    • Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Financial Management
    • Plan and control budget and inventory to ensure the salon operates within budget and meets financial targets.
  • Business Development
    • Work with the management team to develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
