Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beauty Shop Manager to join our team at Studio 13 Salon and Day Spa. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our salon, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of professionals to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Direct and control daily salon operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Team Leadership: Evaluate and plan daily operations, establish policies and procedures for staff, and supervise a team of professionals.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, and ensure that every client receives exceptional service.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budget and inventory, ensuring the salon's financial stability and success.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Working Conditions
  • Permanent position
  • 40 hours per week
