About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Analyst to join our team at goeasy. As a key member of our Application Services team, you will be responsible for administering and configuring Dynamics 365 ERP for our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement system solutions to business problems through the configuration and development of Dynamics 365 ERP.
  • Configure, analyze, design, develop, and maintain Dynamics 365FO program setup and configuration to support business processes and functions.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices around Dynamics 365.
  • Develop new features and fix reported issues and bugs using recommended best practices and a thorough understanding of Dynamics 365FO functionality.
  • Apply functional and technical understanding of Dynamics 365FO to develop new functionality and integrations with other systems as required to support business growth.
  • Apply hotfixes, kernel updates, or any other Microsoft updates as required.
  • Assist in the creation of Technical Specifications Documents and document enhancements made to the company's Dynamics implementation.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience with configuring, developing, debugging, and testing Dynamics.
  • Extensive experience troubleshooting within application.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with different levels of internal customers.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple demands and thrive in a collaborative environment.
  • Experience with Management Reporter within Dynamics 365FO.
