Job Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Randstad Digital. As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying supply chain related capabilities for our client's Canada's Logistics team that enables new Omni fulfillment and enhances logistic experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct business analysis activities in consultation with business-facing partners and stakeholders to enable informed, evidence-based, operational, and strategic decisions.
  • Translate initiative/business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Facilitate business requirements workshops based on the 'happy path' and exception scenarios for all product/flow types.
  • Drive Delivery, coordinate/participate in testing as needed to maintain quality & performance standards in the software solution.
  • Support solution deployment/roll-out.

Requirements:

  • 10+ Years Business Analysis experience.
  • 3 years experience utilizing at least one major Warehouse Management System (WMS) like Manhattan, JDA, Sterling.
  • 3 Years of Supply Chain experience.
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple project deadlines.
  • Ability to map out complex operational processes.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, proactive and self-driven, must be extremely detail oriented.
