Job Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary:

Bayshore HealthCare is a leading provider of home and community health care services, and we're seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for analyzing and resolving complex system issues, implementing system configurations, and providing project oversight for upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify root causes of application problems and develop solutions
  • Track and document issues to ensure timely resolution
  • Make changes and implement system configurations
  • Create and maintain reports as required by users
  • Lead system lifecycle processes for the implementation of mobile application solutions
  • Provide project oversight for upgrades
  • Conduct ongoing reviews of functional specifications and processes
  • Build and manage relationships with cross-functional team members, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Proactively identify inefficiencies in business processes and provide innovative solutions

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary degree in Computer Science or Business Administration
  • Experience working with SaaS or vendor-provided software
  • Experience with service desk tools, incident/problem management
  • Ability to document and understand business processes
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience
