Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Pricing Analyst to join our team. As a Pricing Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and analyzing potential cost requirements for proposals. You will collaborate cross-functionally with various individuals across the organization and effectively interface with senior levels of management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and execution of a cost proposal plan from a pricing perspective.
  • Compile cost elements in the development of proposals in accordance with Request for Proposal (RFP) requirements.
  • Develop an understanding and ability to implement and mentor internal cost proposal processes and procedures as well as external Government contracting regulations to coworkers and internal customers.
  • Conduct proposal analysis and provide recommendations leading to a current complete and accurate cost volume.
  • Work with other functional areas in presenting cost proposal data for approval to functional as well as executive level management.
  • Interface and support both internal and external customers in support of post-proposal submission audit, fact-finding, and negotiations.
  • Acquire and execute expert-level knowledge of internal estimate gathering and pricing tools. Use that knowledge in an administrative role to support system users.
  • Utilize advanced Microsoft Office skills to produce meaningful cost models and accurate, timely reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (Finance, Accounting, or Economics preferred) or equivalent experience in the financial arena.
  • 4 or more years of financial analysis, pricing, or program finance/management experience in the defense industry preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel required.
  • Must be able to multitask and function in a fast-paced proposal environment and collaborate with Business Development and Proposal teams to develop pricing and win strategies while ensuring compliance and schedule adherence.
  • A demonstrated ability to articulate oral and written communications to individual contributors, management up to and including corporate executives, and customers.
  • Verbal and written communication in both French and English.
Eligibility Criteria
  • Must be eligible for registration with the Controlled Goods Program.
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a government of Canada Reliability status and Secret Level 2/NATO Secret security clearance.
  • Must be eligible to meet the requirements for U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
