Job Summary:

AppleOne is seeking a skilled 310T Mechanic to join our team. As a 310T Mechanic, you will be responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing semi-truck and trailer bodies, systems, and components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspecting and repairing semi-truck and trailer bodies, systems, and components
  • Performing preventative maintenance measures on semi-trucks and trailers
  • Assembling and disassembling vehicle engines and cleaning fuel tanks
  • Maintaining hubs and axles and adjusting or replacing them when required
  • Inspecting, servicing, and replacing trailer parts, including tires
  • Checking and repairing brake, electrical, and hydraulic systems
  • Testing all systems and equipment for performance issues

Requirements:

  • Licensed for truck and trailer; 310T certification
  • Familiarity with heavy trucks, excavators, loaders, backhoes, flusher trucks, hydro-vacuum trucks, dump trucks, trailers, and small portable equipment
  • Must have a G license and a clear driver's abstract to drive a company vehicle
  • Experience is a top priority
  • Occasional requirement for emergency calls on weekends (very rare, only for emergencies)
