About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at RE/MAX Real Estate Centre Inc. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Office Operations: Assist with the coordination of office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of 3-4 team members.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a high level of attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
