Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Estate Planning Associate to join our team. As an Estate Planning Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our team of DS Investment Advisors, PH&N Investment Counsellors, and clients with insurance quotations, marketing assistance, and in-force policy servicing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare materials for Estate Planning Specialist meetings with prospects and clients, including insurance applications, internal point of sale documentation, illustrations, and concepts.
  • Prepare quotations on various insurance products and ensure new applications are processed in our internal system and sent to the carrier.
  • Manage pending cases and take appropriate actions to oversee the completion of the case.
  • Develop relationships with partnering life company wholesalers, case coordinators, and underwriters to ensure efficient business handling.
  • Support and maintain an Inforce Service program and provide exceptional client service.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working in an Insurance Agency or equivalent role within the industry.
  • Knowledge of Life and Living Benefits insurance products.
  • Excellent client service skills and experience with meeting tight deadlines and setting priorities.
  • Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills, including Life Insurance Licensed and LLQP.

Compensation and Benefits

The expected salary range for this position is $41,000 - $65,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions, and business needs. You also have the potential to earn more through RBC's robust discretionary bonus program.
