Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Estate Planning Associate to join our team at Royal Bank of Canada. As an Estate Planning Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our DS Investment Advisors, PH&N Investment Counsellors, and clients with insurance quotations, marketing assistance, and in-force policy servicing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare materials for Estate Planning Specialist meetings, including insurance applications, internal point-of-sale documentation, and illustrations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with life company wholesalers, case coordinators, and underwriters to ensure efficient business handling.
  • Process new applications, manage pending cases, and oversee the completion of cases.
  • Support the Inforce Service program and provide exceptional client service.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an Insurance Agency or equivalent role.
  • Knowledge of Life and Living Benefits insurance products.
  • Excellent client service skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
  • Life Insurance Licensed, LLQP.

The expected salary range for this position is $41,000 - $65,000, depending on experience, skills, and registration status. You also have the potential to earn more through RBC's robust discretionary bonus program.
