Occupational Therapist Job Description

SMART Rehabilitation Consulting Ltd is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans, focusing on improving their functional abilities and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical and cognitive abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' needs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on adaptive equipment and techniques
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
  • Eligibility to register with the College of Occupational Therapists of BC
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Experience working in a multidisciplinary setting or long-term care
