Food and Beverage Server

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Simply Fremont Restaurant Ltd. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Present menus and make recommendations to customers, answering questions and addressing any concerns.
- Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a food and beverage service role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Knowledge of food and beverage preparation, presentation, and service standards.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
