Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server - Food and Beverage Services to join our team at The Bombay Restaurant 2001 Ltd. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables, present bills to customers, and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
  • Inventory Management: Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
  • Communication: Address customers' complaints or concerns, describe menu items, and advise on menu selections.
  • Administrative Tasks: Balance cash and record sales.
Work Environment

As a Server - Food and Beverage Services, you will work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods. You must be reliable, flexible, and possess excellent oral communication skills.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Age: Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages.
