Bilingual Help Desk Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Help Desk Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing first-level technical support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as collaborating with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to resolve customer issues
- Document and track customer issues in our help desk database
- Participate in the development and maintenance of technical documentation and knowledge base articles
Requirements
- Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
- 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
