About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Sales Representative at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa Canada. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our services, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to clients and guests
  • Answer phones, book appointments, and sell memberships, gift cards, and upgrades
  • Outreach to clients who haven't been in recently to promote our services
  • Sell memberships to new clients and promote the benefits of our services
  • Follow proper office procedures and maintain a clean and professional work environment
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a membership-driven environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Windows computer knowledge and skills
  • Self-motivated, mature, and reliable individual with a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service
