Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Supervisor to lead our Chemical Cleaning team based in Edmonton, AB. The successful candidate will be responsible for motivating and guiding a team to deliver on challenging projects, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Supervise and coordinate field operations to ensure safe and efficient completion of projects
  • Attend regular supervisor and safety meetings to ensure adherence to company health, safety, and environmental standards
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with clients through excellent communication and service delivery
  • Responsible for project scheduling, deployment, and coordination across multiple client sites
  • Provide guidance and support to new employees to ensure they are well-informed and aligned with company goals
  • Ensure the job site is left in a clean, safe, and job-done condition

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience with a minimum of 2 years in an industry-related role
  • Class 3 license with a clean driver's abstract
  • Able to provide a negative result on a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
  • Experience in supervising a team of four or more individuals
  • High-level communication and interpersonal skills
