We are seeking a skilled Coordinating Office Operations Specialist to join our team at AGNB Solutions Ltd.

Salary:The estimated annual salary for this position is between $45,000 and $55,000, depending on experience.
Job Responsibilities:- Determine and Establish Office Procedures: The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to establish efficient office procedures and routines.
- Provide Administrative Support: The successful applicant will provide administrative support to our team members, including answering telephone calls and relaying messages, ordering office supplies, and maintaining inventory.
- Greet Visitors and Direct Them to Contacts or Service Areas: The Coordinating Office Operations Specialist will be the first point of contact for visitors and will direct them to the relevant contacts or service areas.
- Education: The successful candidate will possess a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of work experience is required for this position.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential for this role.
