At BC LTD, we are seeking an experienced Lead Motorboat Navigation Trainer to join our team.

About the Role

This is a full-time position with a competitive estimated salary of $50,000-$60,000 per year. The successful candidate will have a strong background in small boat navigation and experience in instructing individuals on proper motor vehicle driving skills and traffic regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate and explain the handling and mechanical operation of motor vehicles to students.
  • Instruct individuals on proper motor vehicle driving skills and traffic regulations.

The ideal candidate will have certification by the Canadian Yachting Association and excellent communication skills. As a Lead Motorboat Navigation Trainer, you will be responsible for leading a team of trainers and ensuring that all training sessions are conducted to the highest standard.

Requirements
  • Certification by the Canadian Yachting Association.
  • 1-2 years of experience in motorboat navigation instruction.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
