About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at SRA TABER LIMITED.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of meetings, seminars, and conferences, including minutes and action items.
  • Develop and implement efficient office procedures and routines to enhance productivity and workflow.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to phone calls, emails, and electronic inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Compile and analyze data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Provide a warm welcome and direct visitors to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Establish and maintain accurate and up-to-date manual and computerized filing systems.
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with attention to detail and accuracy.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Windows, and MS Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English.
