About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at SRA TABER LIMITED.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, ensuring seamless execution and timely follow-up.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, reports, and other documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Develop and implement efficient office procedures and routines to enhance productivity and workflow.
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Compile and analyze data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Arrange travel itineraries, make reservations, and coordinate logistics for meetings and events.
  • Ensure a warm and welcoming environment for clients and visitors, providing directions and assistance as needed.
  • Establish and maintain accurate and up-to-date manual and computerized filing systems.
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents with precision and attention to detail.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Windows, and MS Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
