GTM Analytics is a central analytics team that enables Stripe's GTM and Marketing organizations to understand their impact on the business and enable them to make smart, strategic decisions. The team supports a wide remit of Sales, Communication, Policy, and Growth partners across Stripe.
We are looking for someone who can lead and manage a team of analysts to build data products and deliver analyses to our key leaders. This includes developing processes and norms that provide structure and elevate the work within the team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. They should be able to lead and deliver on multiple projects with a high attention to detail.
