Job Summary

Xeneration Inc is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and make reservations as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  • Perform data entry, data analysis, and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience an asset.
  • Or equivalent experience.
Work Setting

Information technology (IT) consulting.
