About the Role

Nexus Systems Group Inc. is seeking a Change Management Trainer to join our team.

As a Change Management Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training sessions to change managers. This will involve facilitating training sessions through various formats, including in-person workshops, virtual classrooms, and e-learning modules.

You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience as a Learning and Development Professional and be proficient in e-learning authoring tools, learning management systems, and multimedia content creation software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training sessions to change managers
  • Facilitate training sessions through various formats
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements as needed

Requirements:

  • 10+ years experience as a Learning and Development Professional
  • Experience using e-learning authoring tools, learning management systems, and multimedia content creation software
  • Bilingual Spanish/English

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with Articulate/Camtasia for video creation
  • Strong design experience with Powerpoint/Word
  • Prior Financial Institution Experience

Soft Skills:

  • Strong Communication skills, working closely with stakeholders
  • Interpersonal skills are key for this role, the candidate will be working closely with the team
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to adjust training programs based on feedback and changing organizational needs
