Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Neepawa Freshmart. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading our retail store team and ensuring the highest level of customer service and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Direct and control daily store operations, evaluate performance, and plan and organize daily activities to achieve sales goals.
- Staff Management: Manage staff, assign duties, and conduct performance reviews to ensure a high-performing team.
- Market Research and Planning: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and plan budgets to monitor revenues and expenses.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.
Our store operates in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong time management and organizational skills.

Language and Work Schedule:The language of work is English, and the work schedule is 35 hours per week.
